About Chip Franks
The Calling, Vision, Values & Code
Of The Real Estate MarketPlace
Calling
The Real Estate MarketPlace exists to affect lives and have a blast while helping Clients purchase or sell their homes EXCEEDINGLY BETTER than anyone in Central Texas!
Vision
We are the real estate company of choice for Clients. We do the job better, faster, and with fewer hassles than anyone, and do it with flair and originality that inspires open-mouthed awe.
Values
* God first, Family next, then Business done exceptionally well (and if you don’t agree, then maybe we’re not a match).
* We do FABULOUS work—and engage, enchant, and enthrall our Clients by doing more than they expect and by never giving boring or commonplace real estate service.
* We have a Supportive, Fun-filled, Outcome-based environment where there is no politics, no drama, no gossip, and no divas (men, too)!
* We attract exciting Partners and Clients—more than a few are a bit crazy—by the virtue of the company we are.
* We take in substantially more money than we spend—where spending includes sharing the wealth with Partners and a high level of investment in the future.
* We believe that INTEGRITY MATTERS, and we always (always, always) do what is right for our Clients AND Partners.
Code
At TREMP, we hereby un-solemnly swear and declare to conduct ourselves by the following “The Righteous Code of 5 C’s”:
*Clients: Treated like they feed our families…because they do. To remind us of this, we make a habit of capitalizing the “C” on Client.
*Communication: We say what we do—by communicating with Clients and letting them know what we are doing for them and why we are doing it.
*Commitment: We do what we say—we call back, we follow up, we dot our “i”s, cross the “t”s, and in general never forget the magic of a job well done.
*Creativity: We strive to inject our unique personality into everything we do, whether it’s a phone call, our Magical Marketing, showing homes or anything else related to our profession of helping Clients realize their dreams.
*Comedy: We take our Business seriously, not ourselves!

Born in Chicago, she informed her parents at the ripe ole' age of five years old that when she was ready to attend college, she would be doing it in the great state of Texas. It was at Texas A&M that she met and fell in love with the originator of the madness pictured above. The class of '96 Aggie went on to teach at Ellison High School for three years.
In 1999, when she had her first daughter, she decided to get into the real estate business in order to have more flexibility of time to spend with her daughter (and now daughters).
Laura provides our Clients with a multitude of products and options in financing their new homes. She is a loan officer for City Bank, a trusted, reputable mortgage company that has served our area for many years previously under the name of McAfee. She is always positive and happy, and she really knows real estate. She has been in the real estate business since 2000, and has joined the prestigious "Million Dollar Month" club. Julia is a military spouse--and knows all about the pressures of being a military family--with two teenagers and two dogs, and family is really important to her. I'm writing this for her, as she is too humble to tell you this, but she's one of the most easy-going and friendly people you'll ever have the pleasure to know (it's obviously true, because I already mentioned that above). A great bonus to that is that she is EXTREMELY competent in her profession, and you're in very, very good hands when she is on your real estate case. Phone: 254-953-5911Send Angela a message.Angela is one of the rare souls that was born in Central Texas and still makes her home here. Statistically speaking, you probably know her, as she seems to know everyone in the area. She is very easy going and truly makes you feel at ease. She has been in real estate since 2005, and is getting better at it every day. If you have a chance to sit down with her while she explains the home purchase or selling process, you'll be impressed at how someone so young can know SO MUCH about the art and craft of doing real estate the RIGHT way. Seriously, I've listened in to her while she's talking with first time home-buyers, and the lady is pretty darn good. You'd be pretty blessed to have her looking after your real estate purchase or sale! Oh, make sure to ask her about doing the hula dance with Elvis...she'd love to tell you the story, heh, heh, heh...

Nick Jackson
1711 E. Centex Exp., Suite 101KilleenTX 76541 US
Phone: 254-953-5911 office/ 334-470-6674 cellSend Nick a message.Born in Hawaii, Nick moved to Arizona at the age of eight. Nick joined the military and spent time in Alabama; Central America, Iraq and Fort Hood. As you can see Nick comes to us well traveled and able to blend in most any environment. Nick is an outgoing guy and he will immediately make you feel at ease with what can be a difficult time whether you are buying or selling a home.
Nick is also one of the funniest guys you will ever meet--although you wouldn't be able to tell with this, oh so serious picture he's got here...
He has compared the virtues of jalapeno poppers to "seeing the Beatles for the first time," and he regularly can be spotted flying his remote-controlled helicopter through the jungles of our office atrium. Do you think I'm kidding? I'm not. He also makes it a point to, "tithe" both at church and at the office. When he closes on a home with a Client, he usually buys lunch for the support staff here at the company. A guy that nice is a rare find, indeed...and he will take that same care with you in getting you into your home or helping you with its sale.
But remember we warned you about his sense of humor, okay?
